Method of preparation:

  1. Dissolve Katana Shoyu Ramen broth concentrate in 350 ml of hot water according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Prepare the ramen noodles according to the instructions on the package. This usually takes 3 to 5 minutes. After that, discard the noodles in a colander and rinse them under cold water.
  3. If using chicken thighs, fry them over medium heat until golden brown, then add to the broth and cook until done (about 15-20 minutes). If you use pork, cut it into thin slices and fry until done.
  4. Cut the mushrooms (shiitake) into thin slices.Cut the green onion into oblique rings and chop the garlic and ginger.

Feed:

  1. Spread the noodles on plates.
  2. Pour it with hot shoyu broth with meat.
  3. Add chopped mushrooms, garlic, ginger.

  5. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, sesame seeds. Add pieces of nori.
  6. Add a few drops of sesame oil for aroma.
