The ingredients for Yakisoba Buckwheat Noodles

To prepare 2 portions of yaki soba with chicken, you need the following set of components:

• 200 g – soba buckwheat noodles Katana;
• 300 g – chicken fillet;
• 60 g – blue onion;
• 1 pc. – carrot;
• 80 g – Beijing cabbage;
• 0.5 pcs. – paprika;
• 2nd tooth – garlic;
• 2 tbsp. – vegetable oil;
• 1 tsp. – sugar;
• 3 tbsp. – “Classic” Katana soy sauce;
• 2 tbsp. – snail sauce;
• 2 tbsp. – dry white wine;
• 1 pc. – hot pepper.

The preparation steps

1. Prepare the noodles (yakisoba, udon) according to the recipe on the package.
2. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
3. Cut the carrot, bell pepper, Chinese cabbage and onion into long strips. Crush the garlic with the flat side of the knife and grind it.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a wok and fry the meat.
5. Then add prepared vegetables and garlic.
6. Add sugar, sauces and heat everything together until the sauce completely evaporates.
7. Place on a plate and decorate.
