Preparation steps

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Wash the sushi rice thoroughly until the water runs clear. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package or use our detailed technology for cooking rice for sushi.
  2. After cooking, add rice dressing (rice vinegar, sugar, water), mix well and let cool.
  3. Fry peeled shrimp in a pan, add 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce and unagi sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes, cherry tomatoes – in half. Boil the egg, peel and cut in half.
  5. Form a bowl. Place seasoned rice on the bottom of a deep bowl and pour teriyaki sauce over it. Place the shrimp, avocado, cherry tomatoes and egg on top one by one.
  6. Cut the nori into strips, sprinkle with sesame seeds and add sauce if desired.
