Ingredients:

  • Pork ribs — 1–1.5 kg
  • Salt, pepper, favorite spices — to taste
  • Katana BBQ Glazing Sauce — 1 pack

Cooking steps:

  1. Wash the ribs thoroughly, pat dry and marinate in spices. If desired, you can add Katana marinades.
  2. Wrap the ribs in foil and bake in the oven at 150°C for 2 hours. The meat should be soft and juicy.
  3. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, open the foil and brush the ribs with the selected Katana BBQ glaze sauce. Place back in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 170°C to form a fragrant caramelized crust.
  4. Serve hot with a side dish or grilled vegetables.
