  • 1 st. l. — Katana wasabi powder;
  • 2 Art. l. – boiled cold water.
  1. Place the powder in a dry cream jar, cup or glass, add water little by little, stirring thoroughly until the mass acquires the consistency of soft clay. The water must be boiled so as not to spoil the taste.

  • 1 tsp. — Katana wasabi powder;
  • 1 tsp. — cold boiled water;
  • 1/3 tsp. — Katana “Classic” soy sauce;
  • 1/3 tsp. – grated horseradish;
  • 3 drops – lemon juice.
