Recipe for rice noodles with pork in soy sauce

200 g – Katana wide rice noodles;
2 tbsp. – Katana “Premium” soy sauce;
150 g – pork tenderloin;
50 g – Beijing cabbage;
0.5 pcs. – paprika;
0.5 pcs. – carrot;
1 pc. – chicken egg;
2 tooths – garlic;
1 pc. – chili pepper;
15 g – ginger;
2 tbsp. – vegetable oil;
3 feathers – green onions.

The steps for cooking glass noodles with pork in soy sauce

1. Prepare rice noodles according to the recipe on the package.
2. Cut the pork tenderloin into thin, long strips.
3. Cut the carrot, bell pepper, Chinese cabbage and onion into long strips. Finely chop the green onion and chili pepper. Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and chop it.
4. Heat the oil in a wok pan and fry the meat.
5. Then add prepared vegetables, chili pepper, ginger and garlic. Fry with meat for 1 minute.
6. Add a raw egg and fry.
7. Add noodles to the pan, mix and heat everything together for 1 minute.
8. Place on a plate and decorate.
