It consists of 98% rice flour, does not contain wheat and gluten impurities, is easily digestible and is quickly prepared – it is boiled for only 6-8 minutes in boiling water. It is combined with vegetables, fish, meat, seafood, but the most popular is with Pad Thai sauce. It is traditionally added to Asian soups. In general, you can choose wide or thin rice noodles. Wide is denser and elastic.
