Cooking at home is a real art, and Asian-style dishes add a special charm and exoticism to any table. Chicken with vegetables and rice noodles is a perfect combination of juiciness, lightness and rich taste. Thanks to a successful mix of Asian spices and sauces, the dish turns out fragrant and bright, like a real culinary masterpiece. And what’s most pleasant – it can be prepared in just half an hour!
Cooking steps
- Cut the chicken fillet into small slices. Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, starch and wine or apple cider vinegar to it. Mix thoroughly so that each piece is covered with marinade. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Meanwhile, cook wide rice noodles, following the instructions on the package. After cooking, be sure to rinse them with cold water to prevent sticking.
- Heat a frying pan (ideally a WOK) over high heat with a small amount of oil. Put the marinated meat and fry it for 7-8 minutes, stirring regularly to get a golden crust.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips, the onion into half rings, and the garlic into thin slices. Add the vegetables to the pan with the meat and fry, stirring constantly, for another 7-8 minutes. Make sure the vegetables remain slightly crunchy to preserve their texture.
- First, place the side dish — rice noodles — on a plate. Add the fried meat with vegetables on top. Garnish the dish with chopped green onions and sprinkle with fried sesame seeds for aroma and beauty.
