• 300 g – chicken fillet;
• 100 g – Beijing cabbage;
• 1 pc. – carrot;
• 3 pcs. – porcini mushrooms;
• 1 pc. – garlic;
• 1 bunch – green onion;
• 5 tbsp. – vegetable oil;
• 1 tsp. – sugar

The preparation steps

1. Boil the noodles until al dente, according to the instructions on the package.
2. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

4. In a heated wok pan, fry the meat in vegetable oil.
5. Add vegetables and chopped garlic, fry for about 2 minutes.
6. Add noodles, sauces, sugar, sesame oil and heat everything together for another minute.
7. Garnish the dish with green onions, cut into 5-7 cm lengths.
