Udon noodles with pork — the recipe is not very complicated, but you should take care of fresh ingredients for its preparation in advance. For two portions we will need:

• 400 g — Katana udon noodles;
• 80 g — sweet pepper;
• 40 g — carrots;
• 150 g — pork tenderloin;
• 60 g — blue onion;
• 6 g — garlic;
• 80 ml — Katana teriyaki sauce;
• Oil for frying.

The preparation steps

1. Prepare the noodles according to the recommendations on the package. After that, rinse with cold water and grease with oil.
2. Cut the pork into small pieces, then fry it in a pan greased with oil until golden brown.
3. Cut the onion and sweet pepper into strips and add them to the pan.
4. Chop the garlic and add it to the pan and continue to fry, stirring, over medium heat for about a minute.
5. Then put boiled noodles in a pan, season with teriyaki sauce. Simmer for another minute.
6. Now all that remains is to divide the noodles into two portions and serve them to the table. We recommend decorating it with greens, for example, parsley or cilantro — this way the dish will become even more bright and fragrant.
