Miso ramen soup recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 servings of noodles (200 g)
  • 1 sachet of Katana Miso Ramen broth concentrate
  • 400 ml chicken or vegetable broth or just water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 100g boiled or fried chicken breast or pork, thinly sliced (tofu can be substituted)
  • 2 tablespoons canned corn
  • 20 g fresh spinach
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs (soft or hard boiled)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 sheet of nori
  • Salt and pepper to taste
A simple recipe of cooking miso ramen

Cooking method:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine broth or water with finely chopped garlic and ginger. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for a few minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Prepare belt noodles according to package directions. This usually takes 3 to 5 minutes. After this, drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water.
  3. Add the spinach to the broth and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the greens are wilted.
  4. Add Katana Miso Ramen Concentrate to the hot broth and stir thoroughly until thoroughly diluted.
  5. Finally, add the cooked chicken breast or pork to warm through.

Innings:

  • Divide the noodles among plates.
  • Pour hot miso broth with vegetables and meat over it.
  • Add the boiled egg halves.
  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions, corn and sesame seeds.
