Katana’s Hiyashi Wakame Classic Salad is marinated seaweed with delicate sesame oil that goes perfectly with rice, fish and seafood. Light, healthy and ready to serve, it adds freshness and notes of Asian cuisine to dishes.

Ingredients

Wakame seaweed, glucose syrup, water, white rice vinegar, wood mushroom, sesame oil, table salt, white roasted sesame seeds, flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate, stabilizers: carrageenan, guar gum, xanthan gum, locust bean gum, tara gum, dextrose; yeast extract, dried chili pepper, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, dyes: “green apple”, tartrazine (may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children), diamond blue; preservatives: potassium sorbate, nisin.
